Bill Cooper's Hill End Rwy
2nd January 2006

Some photos of Bill Cooper's 1:20 scale garden railway which surmises that a 3ft gauge line, using American style equipment, was constructed between Hill End and Mullion Creek on the NSWGR line to Dubbo in the Central West. Bill's locos are fitted with RCS radio control and mainly Sierra sound systems
